lectures

Our research group offers several lectures and courses covering solid-state physics and optics on a regular basis.
winter term
summer term
special lecture Solid State Optics (SSO) (English):
Covers in detail the interaction between light and solid states such as semiconductors and metals. One main focus deals with methods of optical spectroscopy of solid-states.

special lecture Semiconductor Physics (German):
Covers the basic electrical characteristics of semiconductors as well as the application in modern semiconductor devices like for example solar cells or MOSFETs.

advanced seminar Optoelectronics: Fundamentals and Devices (German):
Covers the physical basics and the application of optoelectronic devices. Further information on the advanced seminar in summer term 2021 here.
